Best Western Premier Hotel Victoria

The Hotel is super centrally located, close to the train and tram stations as well as to the old town. The building is quite historic and looks super elegant inside. You can visit the rooftop which is also nice and the breakfast buffet is good.

Really great location in a lovely building, close to the station. The staff were so helpful and nice - even packing us up breakfast for our journey as we needed to leave early. The beds were very comfortable and everything very clean.

Brilliant position 5 min from train station and old town. Lovely room and nice cocktail bar next door. I recommend to get the Welcome card from the tourist information which includes travel by tram and bus to the cable car.

The room was very clean and offers everything you need. You can even play relaxing music before sleep by pulling a rope attached to the bed. The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped us store the luggage after checkout and even offered two bottles of water. Appart from tea/coffee offered in the room you could prepare any time also in the lobby. Sauna and fitness room were small and fit only for 2-3 people maybe but there was no one at the time we went so we enjoyed it a lot. Sauna had a very nice aroma. Everything was very clean and had all you need (towels, water, lockers, relaxing room etc). Location is also top. A highly recommended hotel.

The room was quiet and overlooked trees in the small park opposite the hotel. It was well equipped with kettle, cups and a selection of tea, as well as guest slippers and dressing gown. I slept exceptionally well and was delighted with the cotton bedding. The shower room was small but agreeably designed with presumably fairly recent new washbasin and shower. The quality of the large television screen was excellent. I chose the hotel because of its location near the train station. At breakfast I was delighted to have a cafetière of decaffeinated coffee and a good selection of different bread. The breakfast room is spacious and restful.
